8th June 2026 – Campaign Launch Event. Ticket Terms & Conditions

 

By purchasing or accepting a ticket to the Oliver Heer Ocean Racing Campaign Launch Event on 8 June, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Tickets

    • All paid tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by the organiser. 

    • Paid tickets may be transferred to another person by editing your ticket details.

    • Complimentary tickets are strictly non-transferable and have no cash value. 

  2. Event Changes

    • Oliver Heer Ocean Racing reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, speakers, or activities where necessary. 

    • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price only. 

  3. Admission

    • Attendees will be asked to present their ticket on entry. 

    • The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour. 

  4. Photography & Media

    • Photography and filming may take place during the event. 

    • By attending, guests consent to the use of images or video footage for promotional and marketing purposes by Oliver Heer Ocean Racing. 

  5. Liability

    • Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. 

    • Oliver Heer Ocean Racing accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where required by law. 

  6. Force Majeure

    • The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption, venue issues, or other unforeseen events.

CLUB 100 MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

​1. Membership

The Club is a private supporter community created to support the activities and future development of the team.

Memberships are intended for private individuals only and may not be purchased on behalf of companies or commercial organisations.

Each membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Membership does not renew automatically and renewal requires a new contribution.

 

2. Contributions & Refunds

Membership payments are supporter contributions to the campaign and are non-refundable except where required by law.

This includes situations where members are unable to attend events, experiences or activities included within the Club programme.

3. Events & Experiences

We will always aim to deliver the events, experiences and activities outlined within the Club programme. However, offshore racing campaigns operate in a dynamic environment and plans may change due to weather, safety, operational, logistical or commercial reasons outside our control.

We therefore reserve the right to amend, postpone, substitute or cancel events and experiences where necessary. No refunds or compensation will be provided in these circumstances.

​

Participation in sailing activities (for Platinum Members) is always subject to weather, safety requirements and skipper discretion.

4. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits, invitations and experiences may evolve during the membership period as the campaign develops.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership in cases of inappropriate or abusive behaviour.

5. Media & Privacy

Club events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used for Club administration and communications.

6. General

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
